OOTD: summer 16 edition {part 2}

IMG_5391 Hiieeee,

If you don't follow my InstaBlog, here's the latest on me: I've had so much smurfin' time on my hands that I've been working out a lot, eating out a lot (a LOT... hence why I have to work out so much lol) and hanging with a different mix of homies. Nothing especially new to report.

Look at that behemoth of a donut on the right!!! *Cue Kool Aid Man* OH YEAH!!!

Basically trying to bask in the wonderful world that is Minnesota in the summer. Seriously, the sunshine is like liquid gold and the scenery is either A) lakes of tiny diamonds, or B) foliage of green ribbons. High-fiveing myself for those vivid and colorful comparisons.

Now on to the outfit. I like how it had a '60s vibe to it, since I went to a retro diner for lunch. Granted, the diner was more '50s-style but who caressssssss. Anywho, if anyone would like me to do a post about where I go to get all this food in Minneapolis and/or Boston, let me know by email or in the comments. This is a fashion and lifestyle blog, but I generally only talk about fashion in my posts. So idk I just wanna know what to do cause I'm not very good at this whole blogging thing.

If you're curious as to how I concocted the outfit, it was pretty dang easy. I wanted to wear the co-ord set, so that wasn't hard. I grabbed the neck scarf because I jump at every opportunity to wear it. The shoes matched a single stripe on the scarf, so yay. Then the purse just killed two birds with one stone: vintage AND a neutral to match. Scoreeeeeee

All of a sudden acutely aware of my shortness.

Co-ord set: Zara

Neck scarf: Zara

Purse: Vintage Coach

Shoes: Repetto

Sunnies: Crosby Derek Lam
